Knowledge translation is fundamental to capacity building. The Capacity Research Unit is committed to generating and sharing empirically rigorous and accessible knowledge that can help support the efforts of the communities we work with and inform social, health and legal services and policies.  As much of our work is embedded within communities that face stigma, colonialism, poverty, and other marginalizing factors we strive to ensure those we engage with, and their networks, have access to the information and knowledge generated from our work. Furthermore, it is essential that our projects’ key findings and other resources generated  are made available to researchers as well as those in service and support capacities.
